The Coffee Plant and Ironworks corridor was facing serious threats: fatal rail-crossing incidents, growing vandalism, and near-constant congestion for pedestrians, cyclists, and emergency vehicles. The area had no fiber, no backhaul, and high RF interference due to surrounding light rail and commercial density.

Even worse, the existing infrastructure simply wasn’t built for today’s mobility needs. The District needed high-performance connectivity—and intelligent eyes on the street.

We integrated AI-enhanced Bosch FLEXIDOME® and DINION® cameras alongside Genetec AutoVu® license plate readers—providing high-resolution visibility across roadways, crossings, and sidewalks.

All video feeds are centralized through Genetec Security Center, where IVA Pro Traffic and AutoVu analytics track:
